Shipping1. Can I have my parcel delivered to a different address?Yes, each registered account may have five different addresses saved in their address book. 2. What are your shipping rates? (Singapore)Enjoy complimentary normal postage on all orders, with no minimum spend. Registered Courier is available at $3 per order, free with a minimum $100 purchase in a single order.
Due to size and weight constraints, for purchase of 6 items and above, your order might be split into 2 parcels. *Saturdays, Sundays, and Singapore public holidays are not classified as shipping days, please allow an extra working day for shipments. 3. Can I self-collect my order? (Singapore)You can collect your order from our office during regular operating hours. You may authorize someone else to collect your order in your place. (Singapore)All orders shipped with Registered Courier comes with a tracking code that is stored in your order history. Step 1: Go to http://www.singpost.com/ and click on the button "Track Items" Step 2: Enter your tracking number in the pop up box and click the "Check Item Status" button. Occasionally, you may have to wait up to 24 hours after your order has been posted before the tracking details will be available on their system. ELLYSAGE uses SmartPac by SingPost to courier your items. In the event that no one is home to receive the delivery, the postman, having access to your letterbox from the back, will leave the parcel in your letterbox for you. This eliminates the need for you to reschedule a delivery, or collect your parcel from the post office. 5. What are your shipping rates?
